  • Certification in MCDST, A+, Network+, or HP APS
  • Ability to diagnose tech issues quickly and accurately
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for laptops, printers, cell phones, and networking equipment
  • Experience training Optima work-at-home staff
  • Background in help desk
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or related field experience preferred
