Through this log, we track and trend individual coder’s daily and weekly productivity. Productivity concerns are addressed immediately. Our productivity data is shared with our clients weekly and monthly.
We are dedicated to maintaining quality and education and audit each coder 100% prebill upon hire followed by monthly reviews with feedback and education. Coders not achieving 95% or better are reviewed at a higher rate and more frequently, with education offerings and coaching until they achieve and maintain 95% or better. Our audit findings are shared with our clients monthly.
