Excite Health Partners is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help assist in managing production logs and reports while working with our Director of Client Services to ensure daily operations are on track.

Our thriving healthcare recruitment agency is looking to hire an energetic Administrative Assistant in the Cleveland office. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree, have professional office experience, and be a self-starter, but most importantly be a team player and go-getter.

Our Administrative Assistant is responsible for:

  • Using Excel, organize, track, and distribute daily/weekly production reports and logs
  • Following up with employees regarding daily/weekly production logs
  • Assisting with weekly payroll and reporting to corporate
  • Maintaining and updating company share drive with client specific data and SOP’s
  • Collecting employee remote access paperwork and Excel tracking sheet
  • Maintaining and updating monthly employee schedules/calendars as well as weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist the Operations Coordinator with additional duties and tasks as needed
