- Experience performing technical tasks related to
design, implementation & maintenance within the network, servers, storage
and telecommunication systems within the hospital
- Troubleshot issues for all Tier 3 support needs
- Oversee all logistics (installs, repairs and
track movement)
- Support EMR applications and device settings
- Develop and maintain documentation of all
incidents and procedures on equipment
- Assist Help Desk and Desktop Engineering as
needed to help support customers’ needs
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree or related field experience,
required
