Required Skills & Experience

At Excite, we value your unique background and want to be sure your experience matches the job. For the CDI Educator position, you should meet the following criteria:

• At least 5 years’ CDI and/or HIM experience
• Strong clinical and coding knowledge
• Experience education and presenting to physicians
• Licensed RN or AHIMA Certification, preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer software knowledge: ICD-10 Compass/Revenue Optimization Compass, 3M 360, Meditech, Iodine, ePREOP
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, preferred
