• Must have previous Epic Ambulatory experience
• Experience working with Healthy Planet Builder or Ambulatory Quality
• Strong background knowledge of Proc Docs
• Able to test and troubleshoot existing and proposed systems
• Offer creative solutions to user requirements, questions and problems
• Assist with dashboards, registries, and onscreen BPAs
• Certified in Charge Router and Planet Build
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
