• Must be Epic OpTime certified
• At least 3 years’ experience
• Strong understanding of complex technical issues and able to explain clearly these concepts to end-users
• Extension build skills, able to fix and troubleshoot break issues
• Clinical experience, preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
