Qualifications

Denials Specialist position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Must have clinical background (RN, LPN, MD)
• At least 3 years’ CDI experience
• Experience with both AKIN and RIFLE
• Background knowledge of DRG classification
• Experience writing appeal letters
• Strong verbal and organizational communication skills
• AHIMA (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) certification
