• Experience working with Epic and 3M 360
• Experience using Smart Tool
• Must be AHIMA certified
• CCS certification required
• Previous experience auditing all charts in hospital setting
• Ability to train and educate coders and providers
• Strong verbal and organization communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or related field experience
