position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Must
  have current A+ certification as well as MCP in Windows 7
• Experience
  resolving technical issues by both phone and email
• Experience
  developing, distributing and maintaining desktop images and software packages
• Experience
  troubleshooting technical issues
• Previous
  experience installing, securing, repairing and implementing computing resources
  to include PC’s notebooks and printers
• Strong
  verbal and organizational communication skills
• Bachelor’s
  degree or related field experience
