should meet the following criteria:

• Previous Desktop Support experience
• Experience transitioning PCs/printers off old network to new system
• Experience testing devices to ensure proper transition
• Provide customer/technical support for all end-users
• Troubleshoot, log and track all customer issues/problems
• Diagnosis hardware and procedural problems
• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
