Technician position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Epic helpdesk experience
• Previous background with Sapphire (SAP),
  preferred
• At least 3 years’ Epic experience
• Strong communication, organizational and
  leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
