At Excite, we value your unique background and want to be sure your experience matches the job. For the Director of Quality & Outcomes position, you should meet the following criteria:
- 5 years’ experience in a director level position within a healthcare environment
- At least 3 years’ experience in healthcare with HM leadership performance
- 2 years’ experience with quality/performance improvement within a hospital.
- Strong understanding and proven experience executing improvement concepts, activities and preparing regulatory surveys
- Licensed RN, preferred
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional in-Patient Safety (CPPS) or other nationally recognized certification in quality, patient safety, regulatory, risk or related areas, required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, preferred
