QUALIFICATIONS

• Epic Cadence certification preferred
• Epic Access (Prelude, Referrals or Welcome) certification accepted
• At least 10 years of relevant healthcare experience
• Previous experience troubleshooting issues & communicating with vendors issues/resolutions
• Application maintenance & optimizing workflows required
• Experience reviewing, building, testing and implementing functionality developed by Epic
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
