QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 7 years’ of healthcare experience (education/experience combined 7 years acceptable)
• Extensive computer skills – Word, Excel & PowerPoint required
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience leading a team of application analyst in a revenue environment
• Must have experience with EHR, Revenue Cycle & Software Implementations
• Excellent verbal, written & organizational communication skills
• Experience communicating with physicians, nurses & staff effectly
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred in relevant field of work
