• Excellent knowledge and experience with Physician Inpatient (and ED) workflows and tools
• Strong Cerner background experience
• Experience in organizational change management
• Knowledge of Quality Departments and their challenges
• Ability to consult with increasing physician satisfaction and data efficiency
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
