• Extensive experience with Software Portfolio Management
• Background experience in Inpatient KLASS scoring
• Experience working with Inpatient (and ED) workflows and data requirements/processes
• Recommend changes to improve provider/patient workflows and processes
• Background assessing physician and patient satisfaction and efficiency
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
