At Excite, we want you to succeed. We want to help you reach your goals and find a satisfying and challenging work environment. For the Inpatient Coder position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Must have at least five years strong IP Coding experience, preferably in a teaching hospital
• Must have AHIMA certification (CCS, RHIT, RHIA)
• Must have worked in a large acute care facility
• Must have experience coding critical care patients including transplants, spinal fusion, sepsis, and neurology
• Would prefer some Level I Trauma experience
