• At least 3 years’ experience with Instructional Design
• Experience with full project life cycle or assessment, strategy, design, programming, testing, launch and evaluation
• At least 3 years’ experience working within e-learning tools
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• At least 3 years’ experience with PC-based applications (Windows, MS Office, Relational Databases, MS Access)
• Extensive experience with Quality Control/Training & Training Programs
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience, required
