the following criteria:

• At least 5 years’ experience with management, financial planning, data analytics & team development
• At least 5 years’ healthcare strategic/financial planning experience
• Previous experience mentoring & training professionals
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
• Master’s degree, preferred
