- Extensive experience with DSL, Frame-Relay, SONET, OPTEMAN, GIGAMAN
- Experience with security devices: PIX, ASA, VPN Concentrators, IPS/IDS
- Must have Cisco IP Telephony technology experience
- Experience performing wireless RF site surveys
- Develop and oversee comprehensive documentation in regard to infrastructure – schedule updates and collaborate on network optimization
- Experience providing proactive monitoring of networks using management software and configurations
- Troubleshoot issues
- Experience maintaining familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor s degree or related field experience
