the PeopleSoft Developer position,
you should meet the following criteria:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a PeopleSoft
  Developer, required
• Strong background experience upgrading
  PeopleSoft release 8x & 9.x
• Extensive knowledge supporting interfaces with
  various applications
• Experience working on and understanding MS
  Windows, Unix Server and network environments
• Participated in at least 2 PeopleSoft (8.x or
  above) upgrade projects
• Strong communication, organizational and
  leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
