Manager position, you should meet the following criteria:

• At least 2 years’ Scaled Agile Framework PM
  experience
• Must be SAFe certified
• PMP certified, preferred
• Extensive planning and risk management skills
• Leadership skills both at team and individual
  level
• Strong verbal, organizational and written skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or related field experience
