QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years’ previous related experience
- Must have extensive experience with SQL, INFOR, Scripting, and FTP processes
- Windows Server Administration experience, required
- Must be available for an on-call rotation
- Responsible for planning, design, and analysis of any user requests
- Must be able to initiate the implementation, development, and support of the healthcare clinical or financial systems
- Ability to manage the critical components and design of technical applications, including application design, implementation, advanced workflow design, multi-application interface design, task automation, and application monitoring
- Strong ability to work with users, vendors, and appropriate IS staff to resolve system issues, and develop work plans/schedules
- Previous experience with installing, designing, and developing (coding) software and hardware
- Must be able to assist in training for system components when needed
- Responsible for adhering to standard policies and practices including regulatory compliance
