• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience working with a ticketing
  system
• Troubleshoot End-User issues
• Strong understanding of Microsoft O365 roadmap
• Experience training and coaching users on
  hardware/software applications
• Previous active directory administration experience
• EMR/ Healthcare background experience
• Strong verbal, organizational and written skills
• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
