• To be a Registered Nurse
• At least 3 years nursing experience
• At least 2 years’ home health experience within last six months
• Active and unencumbered RN or compact RN license required
• Current CPR card for healthcare providers
• Extensive experience with IVs, blood draws, wound care, wound vacs, ostomy—CADD
• Weekend coverage required – valid drivers license, own vehicle & vehicle insurance
• Strong verbal and organizational communication skills
