• Experiencing working on least 3 previous Go-Lives
• Voalte experience (mobile communication platform) and/or Epic Rover experience required
• Connexwall and/or Lightning Bolt experience preferred
• Background call database experience
• Extensive experience supporting providers and nurses
• Lightning Bolt experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
