  • Previous Desktop Support in Healthcare setting
  • Experience leading a team in a helpdesk environment
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a help desk, technical support, technical engineer role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft office and business applications
  • Troubleshoot VPN and WIFI Connectivity issues
  • Microsoft Active Directory or Password reset experience
  • Experience with Trouble Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Footprints, Remedy, HEAT etc.
  • Strong verbal, organizational and written skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
