  • Experience in IT Customer Service
  • Background supporting computer or peripheral hardware & software, network connectivity issues, as well as systems in use
  • Experience working with large scale multi-site IS operations
  • Background knowledge in in operating systems such as Windows and OS X/iOS
  • Able to provide first level assessments, support and resolutions of issues meeting first call resolutions goals on Tier 1 support functions
  • Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
